We have chosen our Dark Chocolate Coffee Mocha Caramels and our smooth Milk Chocolate Coffee Creams. Both have been made with the blend of freshly ground coffee that we serve in our café for that real coffee lovers taste.

Fredericks Chocolates is our original brand and handles all of the handmade chocolate and fudge including our award-winning Lemon Burst and our award-winning Vanilla Fudge and is very much the luxury side of what we do. Mark and myself make all of the chocolates and fudge that we have in store and on this website. We don’t sleep very much!
