Shipment processing time
All orders received prior to midnight are processed the next working day, Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday,Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Collect From Store Delivery Option: you will need to collect from our store in Southampton. This is the only collection location currently available. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for your order to be picked and packed ready for collection. You will be contacted via email once your order is ready for collection.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As shown in the following screen capture:
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
We ship to addresses within the U.K and channel islands only.
If relevant you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
If you are collecting in store our opening times are 10am till 5:30pm Monday to Saturday.
We do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition – we can not accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If there is problem at all with the quality of the products, please return them, within 7 days of receipt, to: Fredericks, Unit 8 The Marlands, Civic Centre Road, Southampton, SO14 7SJ. Please enclose your contact details, any reference labels associated with the product and details of the problem.
