Shipment processing time

All orders received prior to 6pm are processed the next working day. The exception to this are our handmade chocolates and products which may take longer than a day to process due to the fact we make these items fresh. There will be notes on the products this applies to. During this 2nd lockdown we are processing orders 7 days a week. Once lockdown is over, orders received on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. During lockdown the delivery times may take longer due to demand but if you need something urgently, please contact us on 02380231100, leave a message on the answerphone facility with your name and number and someone will contact you to discuss your requirements.

Standard Shipping

We ship to addresses across the U.K.  and Channel Islands only.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As shown in the following screen capture:

Delivery delays can occur.

Last order  for Christmas delivery is the 15th of December.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

If relevant you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

If you are collecting in store our opening times are 10am till 5:30pm Monday to Saturday. You will be allocated a collection time within these hours.


We do our best to ensure that all sweets are sent out in perfect condition – we cannot accept responsibility for the climatic conditions experienced once the product has been dispatched e.g. chocolate melting when exposed to heat.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


If there is problem at all with the quality of the products, please return them, within 7 days of receipt, to: Fredericks, Unit 8, The Marlands, Civic Centre Road, Southampton, SO14 7SJ. Please enclose your contact details, any reference labels associated with the product and details of the problem.
